Mark started his apprenticeship as a letter cutter working for his father. As Mark’s company experience grew he took control of the business in the lead up to his father’s retirement. Mark’s contributions go far beyond just the financial realm. He has become a true leader within our company, always willing to take on new challenges.
His dedication and vision with a willingness to invest has ensured that the company remains at the forefront of stone fabrication. Mark is rightly proud of the suite of machinery he owns in the workshop including 3 Thibaut saws, an Intermac CNC machine, a Biesse edge-polisher and the Island’s only WaterJet cutting machine.
Natalie came into JMCo to help Mark for just one day in 2007 and became a permanent employee in 2011.

Outside of work Natalie loves spending time with Mark and their two daughters.

Paul now runs the worktop fabrication side of the business to ensure schedules are kept and fabrication is always at the highest standard possible.
