Mark started his apprenticeship as a letter cutter working for his father. As Mark’s company experience grew he took control of the business in the lead up to his father’s retirement. Mark’s contributions go far beyond just the financial realm. He has become a true leader within our company, always willing to take on new challenges. His dedication to our mission and values has helped to bring the company into the future with the introduction of the only waterjet cutting machine on the Island.
Came into JMCo to help Mark for just one day, 14 years later and now Director Natalie is at the helm of the company’s finances. Natalie has undertaken various roles within the business and therefore has a wealth of knowledge and experience to offer clients. Outside of work, Natalie enjoys walking the dog and spending time with her family.
Has been at JMCo since 2017 but has been familiar with the business even longer as he looked after JMCo as their Channel 103 Account Manager since 2006. Now, as Sales and Marketing Director, John works closely with Mark to ensure sales, marketing and customer experience is second to none. When not working John enjoys nothing more than spending time with family and friends.

Paul joined JMCo straight after leaving school in 1986, with the exception of JMCo’s owner, Mark Reynolds, Paul is the companies longest serving member of staff. Paul has seen pretty much every change in working practice and technology development that the industry and company has gone through and has always risen to the challenge that comes with progression. Paul now runs the worktop fabrication side of the business to ensure schedules are kept and fabrication is always at the highest standard possible.

Recently he has moved to working all of the machines in the factory.
Franchesco is better known to all at JMCo and in the industry as Beto, it could easily be argued that Beto has THE most important of the fabrication roles as it all starts with his keen eye for detail and meticulous templating skills. Beto is responsible for creating templates using both old methods (ply wood) and new technologies (Proline templater) to ensure the measurements and details he passes on to the fabrication team are correct and precise every time. He is a highly valued team member.
Brendan started his career with JMCo in 2018 and has become a key member of the fabrication team, Brendan’s skills in polishing and repairing stone of all types has been finely honed to the point of being able to confidently say he is certainly one of the best stone fabricators in Jersey. Brendan is a thorough individual, nothing but the best will get past him.
Raffa is the latest addition to our fitting team and works along-side our most experienced fabricator / fitter Bruno, under Bruno’s wing we are delighted that Raffa is learning the skills required to be one of the best fitters in his field. Raffa is always happy to help his colleagues and always turns up to work wearing a smile.
Ruben is our latest team addition and is fitting in very well, he is learning the trade from the ground up and is keen to put a stamp on his work knowing everything he does is ultimately for a paying client. Ruben will go on to master stone fabrication and eventually become an experienced CNC machine operator which will make him one of only three or four in Jersey.
Meet our memorial team’s longest-serving stone mason,
Neil has been with our company since 1987, he had a four-year break gaining experience elsewhere before returning to continue the bespoke work he does for JMCo. Neil’s commitment to our company goes far beyond his work as a stone mason. He has been a mentor to many of our younger employees, passing on his knowledge and skills to the next generation of craftspeople.
